We are in San Diego visiting form Chicago and my dad and I were looking forward to have Jack In the crack after a couple of years and a long drive, we decided to make a quick stop at the one on 8th street, worst costumer servicié from Veronica and the other señora that was there. my dad a 80 years old wanted to use the the restroom after a long drive we were ready to have a nice meal and and use the restroom, well Veronica with her most ugly costumer service gave us a bad look saying in such a bad tone of voice almost like I was going to run away after using the restroom. That’s was a policy to pay first and then you get the code or whatever to use the restroom since when dine in restaurants require to pay fist anyway maybe new in California it wasn’t for me it was for my dad an 80 years old senior this is so disgusting form Veronica and Jack in the box and her partner. all we wanted was to have Jack in the box but I guess not. Don’t waste you r money IN & OUT 10 times better … I decided Instead to get IN & OUT best burgers freshly made fries very nice and cute people not like this Veronica w her ugly tone of voice and attitude to costumer I’m not having Jack form this location again ever

I am in town visiting from Florida, I haven’t had Jack-in-the-Box, since I was a kid and was so excited to try it again. I was nervous to be let down but it tasted just like my childhood! The service was actually really amazing. We were helped by a lovely young woman tonight, maybe the manager? I’m sorry wish I got your name!! Awesome customer service!! awesome food. Thank you guys!

I am a truck driver. I drive an 18 wheel. The lady won't let me inside. She said it was for my safety. I saw other people inside order and eating. She told me walk-in drive throw. I try and white Pickup about to hit me. She was very mean to me.

They CONSTANTLY forget items but will NEVER forget to charge me for them. Not even sure why i kept going back. Every time i went they forgot one thing or another. Make sure to check your bag before taking off because most likely they forgot something.

DO NOT COME HERE! There are 4 people working behind the counter. The place is a MESS! Trash is overflowing. ALL the sodas in the machine are empty. Tables are dirty. The manager, if there is one needs to be fired.

I hate coming back twice a day only because i feel like the employees talk about me ... I can't stop eat ! I eat because I'm unhappy and I'm unhappy because i eat. This spot is great 👍 just wish all drive thru customs pulled up close as possible to the car in front so those big gaps don't block customers from reaching the talk box

I don't normally write reviews, but this is the third time I have gotten my order messed up, and by the same guy. I had bought a simple order of 2 bacon ultimate cheeseburgers and 2 Dasani waters... I received 2 burgers and two cups of tap water. I could have gotten the tap water from my sink. Wouldn't recommend eating here. There are other J.I.T.B restaurants with better service
